Professor Kevin Morley

Non-Exec Group Chairman

Professor Kevin Morley is an Honorary Professor in Business Studies at Warwick Business School. He was the youngest ever Director at Ford and became MD of Rover Group, with sales of over £3 Billion. In 1995, he sold his automotive marketing company to Lintas. He is a Director of DFS Furniture PLC, amongst others, and was an advisory Director to Jon Moulton’s Alchemy PE fund. An expert on automotive trends and markets, Kevin regularly appears in the media and is one of Europe’s leading automotive executives. He is non-exec Chairman of Arlington Automotive.

Mark Franckel

Chief Executive Officer

Mark is an industrial engineer by trade. He started his career at the Atomic Energy Authority and moved into Industrial Design at Daresbury Labs (Science Energy Research Council). He has held a number of senior positions with Renold PLC (UK & USA), Jones & Shipman PLC, Precision Technologies Group and Black & Decker. Mark was CEO of Spear & Jackson Group until January 2014 when he left to become CEO of Arlington. With a passion to provide OEMs with streamlined supply chains and associated benefits, Mark is adept in international markets and operations, particularly in China, India and USA.

Simon Greenhalgh

Group CFO

Simon Greenhalgh is an award-winning Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 20 years post qualification experience, having worked in industry since leaving practice in 1998. He has significant international board level experience and has worked for a number of different companies and business structures, consistently increasing shareholder value. Simon has worked successfully with a number of Groups in corporate finance and restructuring situations, including turnarounds, acquisitions and disposals. He is Arlington Group CFO.

Hailing from New York, Senior Managing Director, Beth S. Michelson and Partner, Paul G. Pizzani are both key figures at Cartesian. They are also both investors in Arlington Industries. Beth and Paul sit on our Board and help with strategic decisions behind the business.
