Following dynamic growth through a series of successful acquisitions and portfolio of long-term, secured partnerships, Arlington Automotive unveiled earlier in May to over 340 workforce, across all four sites (Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Newton Aycliffe) its new brand identity, positioning statement, vision and mission to empower internal dialogue amongst employees and support next phases of its strategic expansion plans. Arlington Automotive is a division of the global supply chain consolidator, Arlington Industries Group.

As a Tier 1-2 supplier to major OEMs in the automotive market, Arlington Automotive offers first class solutions to components and sub-assembly business needs of some of the most recognized brands across the industry, such as Alexander Dennis, Aston Martin, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan and others.

Arlington Automotive has been recently going through a major rebranding project involving changing its name and brand colours to better represent the Group’s vision: pioneering supply chain integration and strategic objectives to become the ultimate solution for all global original equipment manufacturers within automotive business sector.

The new brand reflects not only the evolution of the business and its vision for the future but also the commitment to deliver best-in-class high quality customer solutions in this highly competitive industry.

Mark Franckel, Group CEO, said: “Arlington Automotive’s rebranding is the first step towards integrating our teams with strategic plans of the business. We believe in workplace equality and inclusion; by being open about our corporate aims and objectives, we show to our employees how valuable their individual input is to achieve greater success. We are all part of one team!”

Arlington Automotive’s focus and new brand positioning statement support pioneering the integration of supply chain, making it more efficient, cost effective and dedicated to encourage working as one big team, 55% of which have disabilities, proving the Group’s CSR initiatives are deep rooted.

Peter Coates, managing director of the automotive division, commented “Our people are the strongest assets in this business and we feel that the new brand fully integrates our vision with ambitions and professional aspirations of every individual.”

The commercial team of Arlington Automotive is excited about supporting one of the largest events across automotive industry in the UK, Automechnika, by joining an impressive portfolio of exhibitors. You are invited to meet the team! Stand 9G46.
