Arlington Aerospace is set to soar to new heights with the newest acquisition of NWP.
Arlington Aerospace, a division of global supply chain consolidator, Arlington Industries Group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of North West Precision Limited, a business specialising in fasteners, cutting tools, tools and aircraft components. The Birkenhead based business has over 30 years’ experience in supplying high quality components to the likes of Airbus, Hawker Beechcraft and BAE Systems.
Specialising in global supply chain integration, Arlington Aerospace acquires companies to deliver greater efficiency to its global customer base. The integrated offer now combines design, manufacture, metrology, service & maintenance and PPM (planned preventive maintenance), from a single source.
Arlington Aerospace strengthened its supply chain offer in 2013 with the acquisition of AIM Engineering and in 2014, they acquired Aerotech, subsequently rebranded as AIM Design. This integrated offer of Design and Manufacture under one roof remains unique in the supply chain today.
Mark Franckel, Group CEO, said: “Arlington Aerospace’s commitment to supply chain integration and workplace equality is something which we are very proud of. We’re leading the way in driving greater efficiency for our customers through the hard work of our unique and talented people. I believe that the newest addition to our aerospace division, NWP, represents an attractive commercial opportunity to grow stronger as a team and deliver efficient supply chain solutions to our customers.”
John Brazier, CEO of Arlington Aerospace, said: “We are pleased to welcome on board NWP team and looking forward to sharing both, knowledge and experience, in harmony with our long terms plans.”
