He has consistently increased shareholder value and has worked successfully with a number of Groups in corporate finance and restructuring situations, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
Professor Kevin Morley is Honorary Professor in Business Studies at Aston University Business School. He was the youngest ever Director at Ford and became MD of Rover Group, with sales of over £3 Billion. In 1995, he sold his automotive marketing company to Lintas. He is a Director of dfs.plc, amongst others, and was an advisory Director to Jon Moulton’s Alchemy PE fund. An expert on automotive trends and markets, he regularly appears in the media and is one of Europe’s leading automotive executives.
